With over 19 years in the facility maintenance industry, Sam’s focus is on constantly looking for new ways to increase customer satisfaction by continually pushing to be more efficient, effective, and sustainable.

Prior to joining Safety, Sam was the Executive Vice President for Guardian Service Industries – a $130 million facility services firm with over 2,000 employees. During his tenure in this role, Sam played an integral part in the explosive organic growth of the firm -from $25MM in annual revenue to over $130MM in a 10 year period. Prior to joining Guardian, Sam was a Senior Associate at Grubb & Ellis (NYSE: GBE); one of the United States’ largest commercial real estate brokerage and management firms. He spent four years with the firm and was New York City’s top producing junior broker three years in a row. During his tenure with Grubb & Ellis, Sam developed and oversaw over 500,000 square feet of leasing transactions on behalf of some of New York City’s most respected corporations.
