What is an ISSA CIMS Certification?
ISSA is an independent, accredited assessor for the CIMS (Cleaning Industry Management Standard) certification. To achieve this certification, ISSA will complete an audit within these six key areas to assure services will meet customer needs and expectations:

3. Human resources
4. Health, safety, and environmental stewardship
5. Management commitment
6. Green Building
